Kevin Drew serves as Chief Lending & Sales Officer for TIB, N.A. He oversees all aspects of TIB’s $1.5 billion loan portfolio, while also managing two dozen lending officers and sales officers.

His career began as a credit analyst during his college years at Texas Tech University. His graduation in 1981, with a BBA in Finance, was followed by a three-year term as a Lending Officer with First City Bank in Dallas. After a brief stop at a startup bank in Dallas, Drew joined TIB in 1985 as a Vice President and Correspondent Lender, serving the Central Texas region.

In 1992, Drew was elevated to Senior Vice President and, eventually, rose to serve as the second in command within TIB’s Lending Division. In 2000, Drew was promoted to his current position of Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for the Bank.

In addition to his degree from Texas Tech, Drew is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
