Michael C. O’Rourke serves as a Senior Vice President and Director of Lending Administration for TIB, N.A. located in Farmers Branch, Texas. TIB is a Correspondent Bank serving more than 1600 community banks throughout the United States and Guam. Michael started with TIB in 2014 as a Credit Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Loan Officer/Underwriter, Correspondent Lending Officer, and Vice President before his promotion to First Vice President.

Prior to joining TIB, Michael attended Texas Tech University and graduated in 2013 with a B.B.A. in Finance from the Rawls College of Business. Michael has since graduated from the IBAT Lending Institute in 2016 and the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU Cox School of Business in 2019.
Michael currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Texas Tech School of Banking as well as on the Future of Banking Task Force for the Texas Bankers Association.

Michael is a devoted Texas Tech sports fan as well as an avid golfer.
